What Are the Process Sequence or Flow Chart of Knit Finishing

Knitted fabric can be finished by two ways. One is Tubular Form and another is Open Width Form.

Here I will give you a process sequence of both of these-
A)    Tubular Form
Hydro-extractor

De-watering
↓
Dryer
↓
Tubular Compactor
↓
Delivery
B)     Open Width Form
Hydro-Extractor
↓
De-watering
↓
Dryer
↓
Slitter
↓
Stenter
↓
Open Compactor
↓
Delivery
This is all about knit finishing process. In all factories this type of finishing process is maintained.
